Coming from the classic porn star martini, telling a story of forbidden love between a Pacific Islander and a New Zealander. Passionfruit and Grapefruit are the stars of this drink. A love started in Marlborough, where Roots was created. This gin balances grapefruit with gorse flowers. The vanilla scent of these flowers adds another note to our garnish. Metaphorically the child of this forbidden love, “Melange”.
