The Cocktail:
Golden Shower
- The Botanist Gin
- East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic
- Spiced Chilli Syrup
- Garnish: Kaffir Lime
Through the spiced chilli syrup I am highlighting specific botanicals found in the botanist gin. These go well with the story of Cassia restaurant as we are named after this particular spice, and focused on modern Indian cuisine using these types of spices. I used this as the inspiration for the cocktail.
