Sea of Toi Spritz
- Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin
- East Imperial Soda Water
- Campari
- Vermouth
- Garnish: Pohutukawa Ice Cube
Homage to the original Negroni but a summer Bay of Plenty twist. I came across a Negroni Spritz many years across whilst travelling through southern Italy. This bittersweet fizzy cocktail was perfect after a hot summer’s day. We’ve transported that to Papamoa by taking the traditional cocktail and adding a Pohutukawa ice cube as a dilution, offering a hit of summer in every sip.
