We have used inspiration from the Drews Avenue community garden in front of our establishment which is home to French lavender, among other herbs and flowers. In folklore, lavender signifies abundance. Lavender is the primary
driving flavour in our cocktail to compliment the elderflower notes in the gin. Aromatic and floral. The soda intends to stretch these flavours and subtle notes to a long, refreshing, and summer-y drink to usher in the spring and summertime at Porridge Watson.
