I’ve always been fascinated by the obsessive and ravenous nature with which the people of Aotearoa tackle very specific things, our wine industry, our coffee industry, our dairy industry, and all of our produce. In this particular case, I wanted to blend 2 very British staples, the Gin & Tonic, and strawberries and cream. The Waikato is one of the largest producers of dairy and strawberries in the country, a perfect match for sourcing local ingredients. This coupling only elevates the feeling of summer with Strange Nature’s Sauvignon Blanc based Gin!
