2 Mile Sailing Club

My idea for this cocktail was too make a drink that represents a passionfruit. The bitterness of the grape gin is cancelled by the sweetness of the passionfruit, then Yuzu Lemonade is added making this an instant refreshing summer classic. I chose juniper berries as one of my ingredients too represent the inside of a passionfruit, also adding a aroma too the cocktail. Enjoy anytime, this truly represents how a simple drink can be taken too the next level.
