The Cocktail:
Trinity G&T
- Hayman’s London Dry Gin
- East Imperial Tonic Water
- Japanese Acid Fluid
- Garnish: Deoxygenated Ice
Using simple but all classic or traditional items from UK and New Zealand and Japan. As based on the G&T, use Hayman’s London dry and use regular tonic water from East Imperial. Instead of lime, use the other acidity made from yuzu and Sake and Matcha. Add a little bit of Sansho and Shiso and these 3 different country’s classic flavor come perfect one.
