This drink was created by Dominic Jarecki from Deadshot. This drinks is a riff on the classic cocktail the Poet’s Dream, a beautiful Martini. The way this drink is served gives the customer a lower abv option to the spirit forward Martini, whilst being elegant and refreshing.
