The Cocktail:
The Garden Party
- Warner’s Apple and Pear Gin
- East Imperial Tonic Water
- Fee Brothers Celery Bitters
- Saline Solution
- Garnish: Lemon
The Garden Party was created when I thought back to my mothers famous apple and rhubarb crumble, which we always enjoyed in her garden (her pride and joy) alongside an ice cold gin and tonic. When given the opportunity to use the Warner’s Apple and Pear Gin I jumped at the chance, pairing it with East Imperial Tonic Water (a natural pairing) and a healthy dose of Fee Brothers Celery Bitters. This gave me the undeniable fruit and floral aromas that I came to love, followed by the undeniable taste of a perfect rhubarb and apple crumble.
