The idea of combining exotic fruits to a complex, yet delicate gin to create a flavour profile like no other. Testing different exotic fruits, eventually led to dragonfruit. Originating from the Americas, has a very unique yet subtle taste, allowing all the native botanicals from Roots gin to shine through. We have created a beautiful red dragonfruit syrup with a hint of fresh lime, that produces an incredibly summery pink colour when combined with Roots Dry Gin and East Imperial Tonic Water. Ice meets dragon fire, this is the Ice and Fire G&T.
