Little Jimmy

The gin and tonic was invented in India, but uses little influence from this rich region. This version answers the question, “What if it did?” A bit of spice while staying refreshing, and with just a touch of New Zealand in the garnish, this drink also pays homage to our Indian head chef, Pawan. Due to the blend of Indian and Kiwi traditions, this cocktail is called the Sandringham G&T, in honour of the neighbourhood where these two cultures meet so harmoniously.
