Because of The Botanists, fresh herbaceous and citrus aromas, it is well suited to a gin fizz-style drink.
Like the gin, our Oleo is created over 17 hours and establishes this drink’s sweet and sour base when mixed with fresh lemon juice. The fresh herb bouquet includes mint, chamomile, lemon balm, spear mint, rosemary, and dehydrated grapefruit echoes the gins profiles.
Served over ice in a Hayworth Gin balloon and topped with Yuzu Lemonade.
