- East Imperial Yuzu Tonic Water
- Mandarin & Thyme Cordial
- Garnish: Fennel Pollen Tincture
A modern gin and tonic inspired by my daily walk to work down the thyme and fennel abundant “Fennel Lane” eating a mandarin or two.
Thyme and fennel help to draw out some of the earthy and more delicate notes in the tonic while the mandarin and Yuzu dance around the finish, all complementing Hendrick’s’ ubiquitous botanicals.
