Yuzu is the HERO in two components of this signature serve. At Gin Gin we have developed a relationship with both of these fantastic Yuzu enhancing beverages by serving them in various ways. Here we have gone back to basics, but delivered with the discipline of two more added, and versatile, complex flavours to match together, for a life time.
We’ve added a house-made tincture of honey, soy, and lavender for a all-year-round remedy that helps give this drink, depth, complexity and earthy undertones that mix so well with the fresh vibrant and pungent citrus, with a lifted ester and herbal notes from the lavender.
