Foxglove Bar & Kitchen

The inspiration for the drink stems from a two year period of my life when I lived in the UK. Using an English gin, I’ve decided to use Granny Smith apples as I lived in Bristol whilst I was over there – which is well known for their love of Cider.

I chose Granny Smiths in particular as they’re a local variety, and they remind me of picking them off my neighbours tree as a child – and they sure did love a Gin and Tonic themselves.

Paired with the Old World Tonic Water as it doesn’t carry a lot of sweetness, which I am making up for with the Apple Cordial to balance the drink out.
