When it comes to gin cocktails I often think of fun and refreshing, so that’s what I wanted to make. Especially since we got a London dry gin, choosing strawberry & Bubblegum as the key flavours comes from my childhood memories of England, and the adaptability of Ford’s gin, which was made with the intention to be mixed with interesting and different flavours. We wanted something as fresh, colourful and fun as a Jubilee celebration that kept to the tradition of using memories and flavour together to make something (hopefully) great.
